But first Ale has to check out what kind of touristjunk they sell there. He is very impressed.
We found the boats.
And of we take on this BEAUTIFUL green lake
At one place the guides play the horn so we can hear an ecco from the mountains.
Deep breath and relaxation.
We enjoyed the stop at St. Bartholoma... honestly we never entered the church.
but is very beautiful from the outside
Its the nature that is so fantastic
So we went for a walk. If we were more adventures we would have started an 1 hour hike to a famous Icecave. With small kids -that was not an option for us.
Hari down and relax.
Around the church and out in the nature.
As you can see are the path well kept and it was an easy walk for us.
Finally the kids felt like walking or should i say running on their own. At that time it was so warm so we had to start undressing them.
He felt and hurt his hand but his up again and full of more energy.
Its that way, papa.
We found this Lynx and gave the kids a ride on it
Lunch time. Somehow the resturant didn't have anything nice for kids to eat. I ended up ordering them fish hoping it would be small pieces the kids would eat. Of course they served the fish with head and everything. Marco had a very good extra meal and the kids just got our left over potatoes.
On the boat again. Fewer tourist takes the next stop eventhough we found it the highligt of our whole vacation.
Back out in the nature again and we are ready for a new adventure.
Ale felt again and we needed a bandage so we made a temporaty one
First stop an icecream. It has become really warm and we had changed the kids cloth.
Iris have mastered a new sentence over last couple of weeks "Ich kann nicht".
So I helped her climb the rock.
Running Wild.
Marcos dream of finding a place where they would serve fresh milk and cheese came through on a small house on the edge of the tourist area.
Honestly they sold it as was it done there but for sure it was imported because eventhough the cows were around the products had seen a little help elsewere...no need to skin of the cream of the Milk because there was no cream. But we lived us into the situation and enjoyed a cup of fresh milk with the cows around us. Ahh nice!
Lets go catch a cow.
In the meantime Marco was enjoying the rest of the milk
Ale was a little scared of the cow but also curious so he dared going very close to a big calf with me and even touch it briefly.
I guess we maybe next year should take a vacation on a farm so the kids really can feel and breath the animals.
Taking Ale to the toilet. No wait..its not at toilet but a das. New experience.
From the end of Königsee we walked on the the next lake only a few kilometres from there. The kids were tired so we had to cary Iris while Ale took the stroller.
Soo beautiful. I expected the water to be cold knowing it comes from the mountains but in here at the shore it was warm enoug to bath in. We had not planned for it so we didn't do it. Next time for sure!
Marco carried Iris one way and I the other way.
Königsee was worth a lot and we will come back one day!!!!
