Easter Vacation 2011 - Angelica's namegiving and Easter Sunday

 Angelica Minto is the newest member of the Frittajon family. She is the daughter of Marco's sister Cristina who already have a boy, Emanuelle, whom Alessandro loves to play with.

Today Angelica had her namegiving in our church, so the whole family was there, even the catholic part.

On the first picture we have just arrived to church and Alessandro gets help with the jacket from Nonna Lina.

 Iris likes the hymnbook and she knows its about music so she sings while looking at the different sheets.

 

Here is the girl of today - Angelica - still seated in her carseat.

 Here is beautiful Camilla, the cousin to Ale and Iris, and to Emanuelle and Angelica.

 The priesthood are preparing for the name-giving. You can see both Marco, his father and his brother-in-law are taking part of it. To the left sits Angelica's father. He is not a member of our church but is allowing his children to follow the belief of their mother. We appreciate that!

 After church we are invited to celebrate the day with Angelica and her family. And how we enjoyed it!

When Alessandro arrived he found Emanuelles motorbike right away. Unfortunately it was out of battery. Luckily he has a very kind cousin in Emanuelle, who was kind to push him around for a long time.

 In the meantime could the big boys play football.

 There was also a very cool Camilla in football mode.

 The first part of the afternoon, Iris slept peacefully away in the car.

 After some time Emauelle's power run out and Marco continued the job as an engine.

 Even without anybody to push him Alessandro stayed on the bike, pretending to drive wild.

 Look here... I guess in 15 years when Ale can have his first scooter we will see the girls like this...

 Poor Emanuelle gave up trying to get time on his own MC. So he had to do with the pedal version.

 The table is dressed for all the good Italian food that awaits us. Zio Franco (Bisnonna Lina's brother) is here waiting for the moment.

 Ale is still on the bike!

 Wonder whats going on? Me too...

 The big boys had managed to get not just one but two balls into the neighbors lawn. Boys!

 

 Alessandro is still on the bike...
 

 Food is coming.

 Food took the attention away from the motorbike for a young boy named Alessandro, leaving the option for Iris to explore it.

 Aren't she just the beautifulest biker-girl ever seen?

 She also liked the bike a lot, and stayed a long time.

 Making brrr- brr-brr sounds

 See the tears in her eyes... Its like she is saying 'Do I have to leave the bike now?'.

 I just like this picture for its colours. Im sure all the nice familymembers on the picture don't think I got them from their best angel.

Also Alessandro had to test Emanuelles bike. Well he haven't figured out how to move the pedals yet so he has to wait a few months more...

 Back to the theme for the day... Here is the proud mother with a name-giving gift for the guests.

 Cute little 'shoe' gift right! I forgot to get a picture of the picture with Angelica it came along with. But also  very cute!

 To much motorbiken... a little man got tired and toke a nap in Iris new buggy.

 It leaves time for more attention for Iris. Here with her handsome father!

 She is like her brother crazy with balls and like to kick a little football as well.

 Papa's shoelaces are however also very fascinating.

 This girl know how to have a good time.

 And there is nothing, but to love her.

 The last picture is dedicated to Angelica who slept trough her whole party.

Look at her.. Her name fits her.. she really is an Angle.
